2: Who Can Qualify for the Government ECO4 Scheme?
In order to benefit from the ECO4 Scheme you must own your own home or have the permission of your landlord, including if your property is owned by a social housing provider or a management company.
1: Available types of Government ECO4 Schemes
Grants are available for: Boiler Installation, Electric Storage Heaters, Loft Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation and Solid Wall Insulation. Grants for first time Central Heating installations are also available.
3: Who Does Not Qualify for the Government ECO4 Scheme?
Unfortunately the ECO4 does not cover anyone who lives in either a Council or Housing Association type of property
